Refund policy

Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days since your purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cromaandco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. We also cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@cromaandco.com and we will tell you how to return the item to us.

Important to note that some products are exclusive or can be sold out which will make it impossible to exchange for an equal product. In this case, we will refund your money.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Unit 1105, 3 Yarra Street, South Yarra VIC 3141, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
